Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 6 oz rice noodles (flat Pad Thai-style)

  • 8–10 medium shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ cup bean sprouts

  • 2 green onions (sliced)

  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts

  • 2–3 tablespoons Mythically Sweet & Spicy sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or sesame)

  • Optional: lime wedges, cilantro, extra chili flakes

🔥 Instructions:

  • Soften the Noodles Soak noodles in warm water according to package instructions (usually 15–20 minutes), then drain and set aside.

  • Cook the Shrimp Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

  • Scramble the Egg In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in beaten egg. Scramble until just set.

  • Stir-Fry Everything Together Add the softened noodles, shrimp, and Mythically Sweet & Spicy sauce to the pan. Toss to coat and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

🔥 Want to spice up the heat?

Add a dash of Mythical Beast sauce during the stir-fry for a bold kick of Carolina Reaper, Dragon’s Breath, and red habanero fire. Just a little goes a long way!

  • Finish It Off Add bean sprouts and green onions. Toss for another 30 seconds.

  • Plate and Garnish Serve hot, topped with crushed peanuts, lime wedges, and cilantro if desired.

 Why This Works

Our Mythically Sweet & Spicy sauce brings the sweet chili base with a guava-kissed heat that pairs beautifully with shrimp and noodles. It cuts out the complexity of tamarind, fish sauce, and sugar blends—making this recipe quicker but still rich and bold.

 Tips & Variations:

  • Sub tofu or chicken for shrimp if preferred.

  • Add carrots, bell peppers, or shredded cabbage for extra crunch.

  • Double the sauce if you like it super sticky-sweet and spicy.

Grab the Sauce
