Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or product launches, please allow extra time for processing.
If there is a delay due to stock, address issues, or other concerns, we will contact you via email at sales@mythicalinferno.com.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and order weight.

💵 Flat Rate Shipping – Just $8.50 on All Retail Orders
We offer flat rate shipping of $8.50 on all retail orders within the United States—no matter how many items you buy.
Whether you're ordering one bottle or stocking up, your shipping cost stays the same. This helps you save more as you buy more.
Wholesale orders may have different shipping terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier picks up the package.
🚫 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@mythicalinferno.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
🔥 Warm Weather AdvisorySome products may be sensitive to heat. We recommend selecting expedited shipping during summer months or warmer climates.Mythical Inferno is not liable for melted or altered products due to heat exposure during transit.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first to open a claim.
Then, email us at sales@mythicalinferno.com with your order number and claim details so we can assist further.
We may offer replacements or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
