At Mythical Inferno, your satisfaction matters to us. While our products are made with care and quality, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong. Here’s what you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements.
🔄 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of food products and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sauces, seasonings, or consumables.
Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Damaged in transit

Contains the wrong items

Missing products you paid for
Please email us at sales@mythicalinferno.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (damaged item, packaging, label)

A brief description of the problem
We may issue a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

First, check with neighbors or household members.

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Email us at sales@mythicalinferno.com with your order number and claim reference.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses or theft after delivery, but we’ll do our best to help where we can.
🧾 Cancellations
We may be able to cancel an order only if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once a tracking number is assigned, we can no longer cancel or alter the shipment.
